I had a great afternoon watching the birds come and go from our back yard. The hummingbirds are such a hoot! I laughed that such a tiny little thing (not more than 2″ long) can scare away the larger birds. They might be small, but they sure pack a punch! Hope you enjoy my afternoon photos….

Yes indeed….. his head was very “metallic” looking and so purple!
