Earlier this week I started the Dynamic Cardi by Drops and on the sixth row of knitting I realized I made a mistake in counting, so I decided to just rip it out and start over. I’m rather glad I did this as I realized that the size I decided to make would have been huge on me. I had to laugh and my husband, well, he just shook his head and smiled.
I’ve re-started, but this time I’m making a size medium and will adjust the bust area as needed. This pattern is super easy to memorize and I’ve just finished two full repeats of the lace stitch pattern. This will not be a quick knit for me but it will be a relaxing piece and will be worked on over the next month or so.

I’m still working on my cabled Yuletide Scarf too. I’ve completed about 50% of the length I’m aiming for and then have hopes of casting on the Skeleton Key Slouchie Tam, which I’m not sure that will happen with all the knitting I’m working on for secret projects but I will give it my best shot.
