Churro fleece is good for both. But for weaving you use the down and the hair (short and long fibers). For clothing you use only the down (short fibers). I am in the process of separating short and long fibers now to use in my vest design we were talking about. Left my reply here since twitter only lets you have so much space.

Well, I spun Merino all day and until late today and did not paint the electric spinning wheel. I took it out to do it, but after realizing I have to unscrew it to paint it I opted to spin more Merino. Maybe I'll get motivated tomorrow and take it apart. I need to paint it, though. I actually found applique to put on it also. Nice flowers. Figured I would deck her out....you know.

Thank you Blondell! The winter lake truly is a soft fiber to spin and I'm really enjoying it. I hope you post a photo of your painted electric spinning wheel and I've been enjoying your spinning adventures on your blog :)

Thank you so very much Sandie! I too have been struggling with consistency but have found I've gotten better since I've started spinning at least 30 minutes every day. Keep it up, you'll soon find that you will achieve the goals you set for yourself :)
