Overall I give this book a huge thumbs up and have to say  it’s perfect for anyone who enjoys sewing, quilting and who wants to stay “heart” healthy. For me personally, today I started my journey in becoming more “heart healthy” and I hope you do too!

  2. Wait a minute…what did you do to become more heart healthy? I need to hear this. I have to get more cardio in my day somehow…

    • Stacey, I’ve started walking again and took a long hard look at my diet, so now eating better.

      • I need to get back to walking. Might get me to running again. I was forced to stop from an injury to my knee, put on some weight and now find it difficult to get the desire to start back at such a huge loss (I could run 11-12 mi at the time I was injured). I just need to suck it up and move on…

      • That sums it up for me, but sometimes you just have to o it :)
