Two of my favorite things are knitting and reading, and the evidence of this often shows up in my photographs. I love seeing what other people are knitting and reading as well. So, what are you knitting or crocheting right now? What are you reading? ~ Ginny from Small Things
I’m still reading The Sign by Raymond Khoury and really, really like it! This book is hard for me to put down in the mornings before I head off to work. I’ve also started a second book, The Lost Years by Mary Higgins Clark. I love Mary Higgins Clark and for some reason I never saw this book at Barnes and Nobles. This will be an interesting book as it is a murder mystery surrounding a letter written by Christ to Joseph of Arimathea in the 1500′s.
As far as WIPs are concerned, pretty much the same on the needles, but I have to say I’m making lots of progress on my Top Down Crochet Cardigan. I love it so far and look forward to wearing it this fall.
Here’s what I’m still working on:
- Posies Shawl - not much progress since last time.
- Simple Sideways Scarf - getting closer to finishing the first half.
- On Stranger Tides - haven’t touched this project.
- Top Down Crochet Jacket - I’m now working on the body.
After much thought I decided to frog my Kernel scarf. I love the yarn and I love the pattern, just don’t care for them together.
So, what have you been reading or listening too?
Any fun projects in the works?
Until next time, happy knitting, crocheting, spinning and crafting!
